including vacuum chambers and frames, internal components, electromechanical systems, pneumatic systems,
loading locks and robots, as well as value-added integration of these components, and customizing
mixers, oscillators, accelerators and cyclotron components and other customized hardware for leading
research institutions.
Our technical expertise covers large five-axis machining, advanced welding and comprehensive
manufacturing capabilities. Supporting services include manual grid processing, polishing and cleaning
for ultra-high vacuum applications. With the support of our advanced machining workshop, certified
welding experts and experienced assembly technicians, our manufacturing capabilities play a crucial role
